Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Architect the technology roadmap for next-gen products and services
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurist apprentices
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
