Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenarios for future market conditions and competitive dynamics
- Design strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives integrating AI, sustainability, and demographic shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Produce executive reports translating complex future analyses into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in future intelligence methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation with demonstrated impact on future planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in strategic tools (PESTLE, SWOT, Delphi method, systems modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
