Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap designed to position Apex Innovation Labs as a market leader by 2026.
- Lead cross-functional research teams in exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Neuro-symbolic computing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technological capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment.
- Identify and evaluate strategic acquisition targets and technology partnerships to accelerate growth.
- Present complex technical concepts and future strategies to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or driving digital transformation in a scalable environment.
- Deep understanding of the 2026 AI landscape, including large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and edge computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineers and C-suite executives.
