Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced dental technology
- Manage patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Sterilize equipment and maintain strict OSHA compliance protocols
- Take precise digital radiographs and impressions
- Coordinate seamless patient flow and scheduling
- Monitor inventory and order premium dental supplies
- Assist in billing and insurance documentation processes
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification required
- 3+ years of chairside experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of digital imaging (CBCT, intraoral)
- CPR/BLS certification and radiology license
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced specialty environment
