Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulationAdminister prescribed medications accurately
- Monitor vital signs and document client progress
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Maintain clean, safe home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience
- Active Texas HHA certification
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid Texas driver's license + insured vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Fluent in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation
