Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, orthodontic, and surgical treatments
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging using advanced equipment
- Manage patient records and scheduling through our secure remote portal
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory safety protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for diverse dental procedures
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and patient education
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via telehealth platforms
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training
- Nevada Dental Assistant license (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental software (Dentrix Eaglesoft experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
