Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgery and restorative treatments
- Manage digital radiography systems and advanced imaging equipment
- Execute infection control protocols exceeding OSHA standards
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of premium dental materials
- Train new staff on practice-specific software and protocols
- Coordinate seamless patient flow and scheduling optimization
Qualifications
- CDA or RDA certification with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Expertise in digital radiography (Dexis/Sirona) and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification and current HIPAA compliance training
- Proven track record in high-volume cosmetic dentistry settings
- Exceptional chairside assistance during complex procedures
- Strong inventory management and supply chain optimization skills
