Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient acuity via telephone triage protocols
- Provide clinical guidance to patients and families during critical moments
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate care pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
- Manage high-volume call centers with compassion and efficiency
- Implement emergency response protocols for critical situations
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years emergency room or triage experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Proficiency in Epic or EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
