Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care assistance (bathing, dressing, mobility support)
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations

- Maintain accurate care records and progress reports

Qualifications
- Indiana HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 2 years home health experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
