Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in ICU, ER, or Trauma units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform complex assessments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Provide mentorship to float staff during assignments
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state
- 2+ years recent experience in ICU/ER setting
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Pass background and drug screening
