Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care for ICU/Telemetry patients with 24/7 monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
- Document patient progress in EMR systems with 100% accuracy
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with ACLS certification
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- 2+ years recent ICU/Telemetry experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Travel nursing experience highly valued
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
