Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to JCAHO standards
- Provide patient education and support to promote health outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Travel between assigned facilities as needed based on patient acuity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with relevant experience)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
