Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific standards
- Provide patient/family education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact state eligible)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS required (specialty-specific certs)
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)

- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
