Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, specialty units, and outpatient facilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and care outcomes using EMR systems
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; specialty certifications preferred
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
