Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient cases using standardized protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to determine patient disposition
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide expert guidance to patients and families during critical moments
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless care transitions
- Implement infection control and safety protocols
- Mentor junior nursing staff on triage best practices
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license with minimum 3 years ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Expertise in rapid patient assessment and prioritization
- Proficient in Epic or EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
