We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, and dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our clients in the Detroit area.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitoring of health status as directed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document daily care activities and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or nursing preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine, compassionate demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
