Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to senior clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support
- Monitor client health status and document care activities accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer medication reminders and basic first aid as trained
- Maintain clean, safe home environments for all clients
- Communicate effectively with family members and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Tennessee state caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
