Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and track client health progress.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating conversation and activities.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, and errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition to the nursing team.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or Caregiver is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
