Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation support
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean environment
- Document patient care accurately and maintain health records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Louisiana Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
