Responsibilities
- Assess patients using advanced triage protocols and provided medical equipment
- Collaborate with ER physicians to prioritize critical cases
- Document patient encounters using our advanced EHR system
- Provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow HIPAA compliance
- Train on new triage technologies and equipment as they're implemented
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficient in EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Spanish bilingual fluency required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-pressure environments
