Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation via our remote portal
- Companion care and light housekeeping duties
- Collaborate with RNs and family members for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Ohio Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with telehealth platforms and documentation apps
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication and time management skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
