Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals as per client dietary plans
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled clients
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care protocols
