Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to RN
- Assist with mobility transfers and exercises
- Perform light housekeeping and errands
- Maintain accurate client care documentation
- Transport clients to medical appointments
Qualifications
- Nebraska state-certified Home Health Aide or willing to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Compassionate approach with elderly/disabled clients
