Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition to RN supervisor
- Provide companionship and emotional support during daily activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain safe home environment
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Assist with prescribed exercise regimens and mobility support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Oklahoma HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy-driven approach
