Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding clients
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Perform light housekeeping and transportation to appointments
- Administer medications under proper supervision
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients

Qualifications
- Current Oregon HHA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
