As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and support to seniors and individuals recovering from illness or injury in the comfort of their own homes. We pride ourselves on our client-centered approach and are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and eager to help.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and changing bed linens.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation needs.
- Monitor client health and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff or supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills and a kind, patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
