Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
- Monitor and record vital signs and daily health updates.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the RN.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCA (Patient Care Assistant) certification is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance are required.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and Basic First Aid certification.
- Must be able to pass a functional capacity assessment.
