Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and accompany them on walks for exercise.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
