Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record client health status, including vital signs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Administer medication as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN).
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Document daily care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
