Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Prepare light meals and assist with meal preparation based on dietary restrictions.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands using a personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- Certificate of Completion for Home Health Aide or comparable certification.
- Current state license or certification (if required by state).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
