Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Manage medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Document care activities accurately
- Build trust-based relationships with clients/families
Qualifications
- Current Arizona HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
- Compassionate demeanor and patience
- Strong communication and time management skills
