Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeepingMonitor patient vitals and report changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid California HHA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
