Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Operate provided medical equipment (wheelchairs, lifts, etc.)
- Assist with mobility exercises and rehabilitation routines
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
- Report changes in patient condition to clinical team
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA
- Minimum 1 year home care experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication and empathy skills
