Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain clean, safe home environments for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months home health aide experience required
- Active Texas HHA certification
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
