Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and client companionship
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- NC Home Health Aide certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year home care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided transfer equipment
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
