Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor vital signs and document client status
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Administer medication reminders per care plans
- Report changes in client condition to supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health/caregiver experience
- Current Arizona HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to train)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
