Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Perform chairside duties such as suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient comfort management
- Execute digital X-rays and develop diagnostic images following ALARA protocols
- Maintain sterile environments through instrument sterilization and OSHA compliance
- Manage patient records using Eaglesoft practice management software
- Coordinate patient scheduling and post-treatment follow-up communications
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for daily procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Florida Dental Radiography License (provided if not certified)
- Basic CPR certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
