Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using company-provided equipment
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Assist with mobility support and therapeutic exercises
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional home care experience
- CPR/BLS certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Fluent in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
