Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs using provided equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using mobility aids
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage special dietary requirements
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams
- Maintain a safe, clean environment using supplied sanitation tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide or personal care experience
- Current Tennessee HHA certification or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper body mechanics
- Proficient in using digital health monitoring tools
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
