Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and run errands as required.
- Administer medication reminders and document care logs accurately.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; CNA certification is a plus.
- Current Arizona State background check and nursing assistant certification (if applicable).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
