Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor client vital signs and report changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications (as trained)
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Maintain accurate care documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year home health care experience
- PA HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Clear background check and drug screen
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
