Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health conditions.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light meal preparation based on dietary needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to ensure a safe living environment.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands using a reliable vehicle.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and lifting.
