Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and patient laundry
- Transport patients to medical appointments when required
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- Current California Home Health Aide certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with elderly/frail patients
