Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Document patient care progress and report changes to clinical team
- Maintain clean and safe home environment for clients
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
