About the Role:

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility issues, such as walking, transferring, and positioning for comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks that adhere to specific dietary restrictions.
- Monitor client health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the supervising healthcare professional.
- Foster a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for our clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve the patient's quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory for this position.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and health assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
