As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care and companionship to patients in their homes. If you have a kind heart and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, eating, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and provide transportation assistance.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the patient's quality of life.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- Current Arizona HHA/CNA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift and assist patients (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
