Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in client health status, mood, or behavior to the nursing team.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying up the living area.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or community outings.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Current state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
