Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor immediately.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, social activities, and shopping.
- Administer medication reminders and document care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Current MN Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
