Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to nursing staff.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Administer medication reminders as directed.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on care for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in home care preferred but not always required.
