Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping related to patient care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Administer prescribed medication under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Current valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
